No. Foundations assumes you have never given a khutbah. Experienced khateebs can test out of Stage I after the free mini-course.
You submit three khutbahs, video or audio. Each is graded by a senior mentor against a public rubric with timestamped comments. Three passes — not attendance — make a Certified Khateeb. The certificate is a verifiable PDF with your portfolio attached.
Labs are recorded and every week has office hours to catch up. Deadlines can be moved once per sprint by arrangement with your facilitator; if life intervenes, you can transfer to the next cohort.
The fiqh module covers the major positions and flags where practice differs. Every evidence in the Builder carries its citation and grading, so you can verify before you speak.
